Fan of a Fan is a full service merchandise company that brings to life the ideas of influencers, artists, brands, and personalities. FOAF owns the process from design and production, all the way to fulfillment and distribution. We’re able to provide clients a hands off solution to offering merchandise to their audience. We work primarily in the apparel space.The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and helping design collections for clients to start. Graphic design experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Client facing - act as a point of expertise within the merchandise space
• Designing merchandise collections for clients based on their needs
• Seeing all project through from online sales (via Shopify) to production & fulfillment
• Set project timelines in order to set client and internal expectations
• Monitor project deliverables from start to finish
• Maintain communication across clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• Graphic Design experience along side Project Management, process development & problem solving
• Passion for fashion/apparel industry with strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally with Designers, production vendors & the printing industry
• Supply Chain management, vendor management or creative/product development experience
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Self-motivated and independent, comfortable working during intense periods under tight deadlines
• Experience navigating Shopify backend is a plus
• 4+ years in merchandising, production/product development, or project management experience required
