We’re searching for an accomplished finance professional to help lead the growth and development of our financial ecosystem at Fan of a Fan. The ideal candidate will become the leader of the financial close, oversee bookkeeping & develop the financial strategy to lead the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly/annual close process
• Develop the framework for a scalable AR function
• Oversee Cash Flow strategy and modeling
• Prepare Financial reporting and analysis for the CEO
• Partner with Fulfilment, Production, and Client Relations teams to create a holistic view of critical performance metrics, operating improvements and tactical results tracking
• Expand, train, and develop the Finance team
• Oversee Real Estate expansion & subsidiary growth strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting; CPA or MBA a plus
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with a record of noteworthy accomplishments. Preferably in the Merchandise & Manufacturing space
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical inventory tracking & reporting
• Experience in overseeing bookkeeping and forecast modeling
